Properties: This adhesive is a compound formed by the reaction between formaldehyde donor based on dimethylamine and long-chain alkylbenzene substances, featuring both formaldehyde donor and receiver functions. It is in the form of blocks or sheets, soluble in gasoline and alcohols, but not in water.

Application:
This product is suitable for bonding various rubbers (excluding silicone rubber) and skeletal materials (such as copper-plated steel wire, glass fiber, canvas, nylon, artificial silk, polyester, and polyamide), and is particularly suitable for bonding fluoro-rubber with canvas, nylon, and aramid. To use this adhesive, simply add it during rubber compounding, and it will produce excellent bonding between rubber and skeletal materials through vulcanization. The general dosage is 5-7 parts. For bonding rubber with metallic skeletal materials, a cobalt salt system is required, along with an additional 5-12 parts of white carbon black.

Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 20kg per package.
Prior to transportation and storage, ensure the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, classify and stack items in a dry, clean, and shaded warehouse to prevent moisture, heat, and spoilage.
