Properties: White powder, this adhesive RC combines the dual functions of formaldehyde donor and acceptor, belongs to the intermediate, m, white, adhesive system, suitable for bonding rubber with various skeletal materials including galvanized steel wire, copper-coated steel wire, polyester, etc., and is particularly suitable for bonding fluororubber with canvas, nylon, and aramid.

Application:
When using this adhesive, simply add it during the rubber blending process. It will achieve a good bonding effect between the rubber and the reinforcing material through vulcanization. Generally, for bonding rubber with galvanized or copper-coated steel wire, use 3-5 parts of the adhesive, or combine with 10-15 parts of white carbon black. If 0.5 part of cobalt salt is also used, the bonding effect is superior.

Product Features:
1. This product can be used as a single component, effectively replacing adhesives RE, AB-30 (AS-88), with less usage required, easy to apply, and beneficial for reducing operational costs, offering good economic returns.
2. Post-high temperature vulcanization, no discoloration occurs in light-colored rubber products.
3. Excellent adhesion, with a significant increase in H-pull strength before and after aging.
4. Enhances the plasticity of rubber compounds, extends the curing time. Improves processing techniques, reduces heat generation.

Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 20 kg per package.
Before transportation and storage, check if the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, categorize and stack them in a dry, clean, and shaded warehouse to prevent moisture, heat, and spoilage.
