Property: Rubber adhesive RS is a blend of resorcinol and stearic acid, classified as a methylene acceptor adhesive; when used in conjunction with a methylene donor, it undergoes a crosslinking reaction through vulcanization, serving to bond rubber to the skeletal material.

Application:
Rubber adhesive RS produces adhesion through a reaction with a methylene donor. For example, when combined with rubber adhesive A, adhesive RA, and others, a thermosetting resin is formed. The reaction will occur rapidly under curing temperatures. If the reaction occurs before curing, the adhesion of the配合 system will be lost. Typically, the compounded rubber material, consisting of rubber, filler, and rubber adhesive RS, is prepared first at a higher temperature, followed by the addition of the methylene donor and other additives. The recommended ratio is 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive RS,配合 with 2.5 parts of rubber adhesive A or another methylene donor. It is important to note that without a methylene donor, adhesive RS will not have adhesion properties.
 
Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Composite paper-plastic packaging, lined with plastic bags, net weight 20 kg per package.
Prior to transportation and storage, ensure the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, categorize and stack the items in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent moisture, heat, and spoilage.
