Application:
This product is a high-performance general-purpose antioxidant in the amine antioxidant category, with particularly outstanding ozone aging resistance and crack resistance. It is one of the main varieties with the longest history of use in the p-phenylenediamine antioxidant series. It also provides excellent protection against thermal, oxidative, and light aging, and has the function of inhibiting the catalytic aging of harmful metals like copper and manganese. Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene, isoprene, and nitrile. Mainly used for rubber products that withstand dynamic and static applications during use, and can also be used in deep industrial rubber products like wire and cable sheaths, hoses, roller, and seals. This product has significantly improved water extractability and is also suitable for rubber products in high-temperature and rainy regions. As an upgraded version of 4010NA, this product has enhanced color stability, improved the rate of dispersion uniformity, and increased mixing efficiency.
 
Dosage: Generally, 1.5-2.5 parts (for reference only; actual dosage should be based on experimental amounts)
 
Packaging and Storage:
