Appearance: Light gray to light brown powder, easily soluble in acetone, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in gasoline and water. Exposed to sunlight and air, it gradually turns grayish red without affecting its effectiveness.

Application:

This product is a general-purpose antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and synthetic latex. It offers excellent protection against heat, oxygen, and stress cracking, with better protective effects than Antioxidant A, and has a certain inhibitory effect on harmful metals, though less effective than Antioxidant A. It is one of the oldest widely-used varieties of antioxidants with superior comprehensive performance.

As an upgraded environmentally friendly anti-aging agent, its performance is not only enhanced but also significantly reduced in toxicity, greatly diminishing the harm to workers' health. This product is commonly used in dark industrial rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, belts, shoes, rollers, and cables. It can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents, often in conjunction with anti-aging agents 4010, 4010NA, and H, DNP, etc., in tires and other rubber products subject to bending fatigue, yielding a more pronounced protective effect.
 
Dosage: Generally, 1.0-2.0 portions are used, not exceeding 2.0 portions.
 
Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
Prior to transportation and storage, inspect the product packaging for any damage. During transportation and storage, categorize and stack them in a dry, clean, and shaded warehouse to prevent moisture, heat, and spoilage.
