The rotor is a precision product that has been numerically controlled machined. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during the manufacturing process, with minimal error and virtually no vibration.

1. Low noise. The air inlet and outlet of the fan are designed in a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust process to sequentially cut into the spiral line, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur with old-style fans during exhaust. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency for energy savings. The Roots blower impeller features an advanced composite curve, ensuring more rational engagement and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Despite the rotor being precision-machined and already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the blower's lifespan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported bearings from Japan or Germany, and imported rubber belts from South Korea or Taiwan, ensuring enhanced product reliability.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The Roots blower features a rational sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring the air remains clean.
