▍Product Introduction

The rotary blower is designed with exquisite structure, featuring a pressure range of 0.1-0.5 kgf/cm². It is primarily composed of six parts: motor, air filter, blower unit, air chamber, base (which also serves as the oil tank), and oil dropper. The blower operates through an eccentric rotor positioned within the cylinder, causing changes in volume between the blades to吸入, compress, and expel air. During operation, the pressure difference in the blower automatically delivers lubricating oil to the oil dropper, which drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise. This also prevents gas from reversing in the cylinder.
The rotary blower operates by the eccentric rotation of the impeller within the cylinder, causing the volume between the blades in the impeller slots to change, thereby吸入, compress, and exhaust air. During operation, it automatically delivers lubricating oil to the oiling nozzle using the pressure difference of the blower, dripping it into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise. Additionally, it helps to prevent the backflow of gases within the cylinder.
