The fan housing, including the attachments, is standardized. We have a well-established mass production system that can meet your requirements at any time.

Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a silencer with a soundless air filter matched to the same fan, the fan operates at a significantly lower noise level than before.

The rotor is a precision product processed through CNC machining. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during manufacturing, with minimal error and virtually no vibration.

1. Low noise. The intake and exhaust outlets of the fan are in a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust process to sequentially cut into the spiral line, avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occurs instantaneously during the exhaust of old-style fans. 2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower rotors feature advanced composite curves for more rational engagement and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Low vibration. Even though the rotor has been precision machined and is already balanced, we still use high-precision dynamic balancing equipment for further balancing. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans uses imported bearings from Japan or Germany, along with imported rubber belts from South Korea or Taiwan, ensuring enhanced product reliability.
7. Exhaust air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The Roots blower features a reasonable sealing structure, preventing oil from entering the housing, thus ensuring clean air.
