High-pressure Water-Cooled Roto-BlowerComposed of four main parts: the housing, wall panel, impeller, and inlet and outlet mufflers.
Shell: Primarily used to support wall panels, impellers, silencers, and for fixing purposes.
Panel: Primarily used to connect the housing with the impeller, supporting its rotation, and providing end seal effectiveness.
Impeller: The rotating part of the high-pressure Roots blower, available in two- and three-blade designs. Due to the many advantages such as less exhaust pulsation, lower noise, and smoother operation, the three-blade design has gradually replaced the two-blade Roots blower.
Silencer: Reduces noise generated by the pulsating airflow in the intake and exhaust of a high-pressure Roots blower.

(2) The high-pressure Roots blower impeller features a composite helix design, providing perfect meshing, minimal leakage, and high efficiency.
(3) The impeller material of the high-pressure Roots blower is nodular cast iron, with the external profile processed into shape by CNC machine tools. The gears are 5th grade precision and use imported bearings. The rotor dynamic balance quality grade is not lower than G6.3, hence, the product features low noise and reliable operation.
(4) The high-pressure Roots blower has a flow range of 0.78 m3/min to 198.1 m3/min, with a wide coverage and extensive application scope.
(5) The product features a compact overall structure, small size, and light weight.
(6) Long service life, easy maintenance.
