Rust Prevention Period: 2 years, under the condition of standard rust-preventing film thickness of 0.1 mm (100μm).

Instructions: Mix the rust-preventing masterbatch with the plastic pellets at a specified ratio (typically 2%) and stir thoroughly until uniform. Then, form the rust-preventing film through the blowing film machine. During production, do not exceed a heating temperature of 200℃ in any section of the blowing film machine; some odor may be produced during production, so ensure the workshop is well-ventilated and air is circulated.
