3、Function Overview

The cement sand compaction table is designed in accordance with the national standards by our company.GB/T 17671-2021 "Cement Paste and Sand Strength Test Method (ISO Method)" and JC/T 682 "Cement Paste and Sand Molding Vibrator Platform" and other industry or national standards for design and manufacturing. Suitable for measuring the strength of cement paste and sand according to GB/T 17671-2021 and other cement paste and sand vibration platforms that adopt this standard.（See illustration1）。

Section IIBasic Structure

The vibration table is composed of a base plate and a cam that causes it to oscillate. The base plate features a fixture for securely holding the mold, connected by two arms that stabilize it. The cam is driven by an electric motor, which is controlled by a controller to rotate at a certain speed and ensure the base plate rises smoothly to a certain height before freely falling. The center of the cam collides exactly with the stopper. The fixture is integrated with the mold sleeve, allowing it to rotate upwards by at least perpendicular to the arm rod.100°.
