Cast iron T-slot bend plates: manufactured according to the JB6092-85 standard, material HT200-HT300, working surface with scraping and polishing process, used for part inspection and fixture during machining. Cast iron T-slot bend plate material: conventional high-strength cast iron HT200 material, customizable with ductile iron cast iron T-slot bend plates, working surface hardness of HB170-240, treated twice by hand (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years) to ensure product precision stability and good wear resistance. Cast iron T-slot bend plate precision: Grade 1, 2, 3. The precision standard selection is generally determined according to the usage. Bend plates with precision above Grade 3 are used for inspection, marking, assembly, etc., while those below Grade 4 are generally used for riveting and welding. Cast iron T-slot bend plate applications: Mainly used on CNC machine tools, horizontal lathes, CNC gantry milling machines, boring machines, etc., for 90-degree auxiliary worktables. Usage precautions: Do not use or store cast iron T-slot bend plates in damp, corrosive, excessively high or low temperature environments.
