The dual-line lubrication system is primarily composed of a lubrication pump, directional valve, two main electrical lines, branch pipes, dual-line distributors, pressure switches (pressure-actuated valves), electrical control box, pipe fittings, and other accessories.

The dual-line lubrication system is a system where the lubricant output from the lubrication pump is transported through a directional valve to the dual-line distributor, alternating between two main wires, and then, after being quantitatively distributed by the dual-line distributor, is delivered to each lubrication point.

Accurate oil volume accuracy. The distributor uses volume measurement, with flow unaffected by external factors. The distributor can be equipped with a flow adjustment mechanism to regulate the flow.

Maintain a steady oil supply. The high-pressure lubricant from the lubrication pump directly drives the distributor piston, providing lubricant to the lubrication points. As long as the lubrication pump has sufficient pressure, the distributor can operate.

System expansion is convenient. It's quite easy to add or reduce lubrication points after the system is installed.

Partial lubrication points are blocked, but it does not affect the refueling of other lubrication points; the system is operating normally.

Wide oil range, numerous points. Grease range NLGI 000# to 3#, nominal pressure 40 Mpa, system radius 100 meters, offering 1,000 lubrication points.

The pressure-reducing valve (pressure control valve) should be placed at the end of the main pipeline far from the lubrication pump, followed by setting up a two-line distributor, and updating the oil on the pressure switch to ensure its normal operation.

The dual-line distributors should be used in parallel, or partially connected, but not excessively. The outlets of the dual-line distributors can also be connected to progressive distributors for a second allocation.
