The imported pneumatic flanged globe valves are composed of a globe valve, pneumatic actuator, pneumatic control components, signal switches, (optional handwheel mechanism), and other related parts. They are an automatic control device powered by compressed air, which drives the pneumatic actuator to move the cylinder, connecting the valve stem, core, and disc for lifting and lowering. The body (disc) and seat sealing surfaces of the pneumatic flanged globe valve use conical sealing, offering low closing force, resistance to erosion, and reliable sealing. The valve seat can be a replaceable type, allowing for various combinations with sealing surface materials of the closure parts to meet operational requirements and extend service life.

   

Imported pneumatic shut-off valve actuator:

The pneumatic cast steel stop valves with pneumatic actuators typically come in two types: pneumatic spring piston and pneumatic cylinder piston. The former is a single-acting spring return type, while the latter is a double-acting pneumatic close and open type. The pneumatic法兰 stop valves operate on the self-sealing principle, with the medium entering the valve chamber from above the valve disc. Under the medium pressure, the closing force of the stop valve is low, and the opening force is high, allowing for a reduction in fluid impact force by appropriately decreasing the diameter of the valve stem. Additionally, under medium pressure, this type of valve is also relatively tight. Pneumatic stop valves are generally fully open and fully closed; it is not recommended to use them for throttling or regulating purposes.

Imported pneumatic flanged stop valve principle:

Pneumatic shut-off valves utilize compressed air to propel multiple sets of pneumatic pistons within the actuator, transferring force to the beam and inner curved track. This drives the hollow main shaft to rotate, with the compressed air disk feeding into each cylinder. By altering the intake and exhaust air positions, the rotation direction of the main shaft is changed. To meet the required rotation torque for the load shut-off valve, the number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted, thus driving the load shut-off valve to function.
