An imported pneumatic bellows gate valve is a high-performance, leak-free, long-life gate valve featuring a soft, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant double metal bellows sealing structure. It effectively prevents the process fluid from corroding the valve stem, particularly suitable for high-risk environments involving steam, thermal oil, and toxic media. The pneumatic bellows gate valve completely eliminates the drawbacks of ordinary gate valves, such as the fast aging and leakage of valve stem packing, not only enhancing energy efficiency, increasing the safety of production equipment, reducing maintenance costs, and frequent maintenance but also providing a clean and safe working environment.

Imported pneumatic bellows check valve features:

1The pneumatic bellows check valve features a bellows structure internally, with the stainless steel bellows' lower end welded to the valve stem to prevent erosion of the stem by the process fluid. The other end is positioned between the valve body and cover to form a static seal.

2Achieved double sealing with stainless steel corrugated tube protecting the seal and valve stem packing protecting the seal. In case the corrugated tube fails, the valve stem packing also prevents leakage.

Difference between pneumatic bellows check valves and regular check valves:

Bellow-type stop valves utilize an expandable and compressible bellows to replace stuffing box seals, effectively preventing external leakage caused by packing wear. They are commonly used for conveying media with high permeability, such as valves in gas systems. As long as the bellows are not damaged, external leakage is generally non-existent; whereas conventional stop valves use packing for sealing, which often leads to leakage. Standard stop valves with packing seals allow for sliding between the valve stem and packing, making them prone to leakage at low temperatures (valve core).
