Imported Gas Pressure Reducing Valve Structural Description and Operating Principle

lThis valve consists of two parts: the main valve and the guide valve. The lower part of the main valve body features a bottom cover, a main valve spring, and a main valve disc, which is supported by the main valve spring to maintain a sealed state. The upper part of the main valve body contains a piston and cylinder sleeve; when the piston is subjected to medium pressure, it is guided by the cylinder sleeve to push the main valve disc, opening the valve. The guide valve body contains a guide valve spring, a guide valve disc, and a diaphragm, with the guide valve spring supporting the guide valve disc to keep it sealed. The upper cover of the guide valve contains an adjusting spring and a adjusting bolt, facilitating the adjustment of the required working pressure.
