　　Import Electric Flanged Gate Valve

The VTON进口 electric gate valve by Weidun USA features a gate valve body paired with a multi-revolution electric actuator, allowing the valve plate to move vertically for direct up and down motion, enabling remote control of valve position switching for convenience and speed. The electric flanged gate valve is suitable for pipeline systems in various oil, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power stations with nominal pressures of PN1.6 to 16.0 MPa and operating temperatures of ≤-29℃ to 500℃, to remotely control valve position switching, cutting off or connecting pipeline media.

The electric unit is equipped with a torque control mechanism, a local operation mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanisms. In addition to local operation, it also supports remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control with 4~20mA current input/output.

　　Features of Imported Electric Flanged Gate Valves:

1. The sealed pairs are matched reasonably. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seats are made by hardfacing with different hardness of hard alloy, ensuring reliable sealing, high hardness, good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent scratch resistance.

2. The valve rod has been treated with quenching and surface nitriding, offering excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and abrasion resistance.

3. Utilizes a wedge-type elastic gate structure, featuring thrust bearings in medium and large diameters for minimal friction. Equipped with an impact handwheel for easy opening and closing.

4. Various pipe flange standards and sealing surface forms are available to meet the requirements of different engineering projects and customers.

　　USA VTON Imported Electric Flanged Ball ValveIt is a shut-off gate valve with the gate movement perpendicular to the fluid direction; the valve can only be fully open or fully closed. When the valve is closed, the sealing surface can be sealed solely by the medium pressure, meaning it relies on the medium pressure to push the sealing surface of the gate against the opposite valve seat to ensure sealing, which is known as self-sealing. Most gate valves use forced sealing, meaning that when the valve is closed, external force is required to forcibly push the gate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing integrity of the sealing surface. This series of valves is controlled by an electric actuator for opening and closing.
