Polyurethane-edged square hole woven sieve plate

Polyurethane-lined screen decks are a type of dewatering screen product, primarily used in high-frequency vibration screening for dewatering, coal washing, and gangue separation processes.

Sieve plates feature urethane or rubber coated edges. During installation, stack the plates one after another for connection or directly mount them onto the mounting bracket. Combine with side pressure plates, wedges, shims, etc. to form the entire sieve surface. Urethane-edged sieve plates, thanks to the unique properties of urethane—high wear resistance, strong malleability, and elasticity—ensure a tightly sealed and robust sieve surface structure, preventing coal leakage or plate loosening.
