Polyurethane edging strip woven sieve plate

Polyurethane-edged sieve plates are a type of dewatering sieve product, also known as stainless steel strip sieve, vibration sieve module, dewatering sieve mesh, etc. These are primarily used in high-frequency vibration sieve dewatering, fine coal screening, gangue separation, and other processes.

The mesh is a welded stainless steel strip pattern, with the wire forming a trapezoidal shape, wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. After welding, the mesh is in a strip pattern, with a narrow top and wide bottom, effectively removing water and impurities. The screen plate edges are made of polyurethane or rubber coated structure. During installation, the screen plates should be connected one after another or directly mounted on the installation bracket. Combined with side pressure plates, wedges, and shims, they form the entire large screening surface. The screen plates with polyurethane edges, due to the special properties of polyurethane - wear resistance, high plasticity, and flexibility, the assembled screening surface structure is tight and sturdy, preventing coal leakage and screen plate loosening.
