Anti-clogging screen

(1) Rectangular Mesh Screen: Generally, if the stone particles are relatively regular and dry, with minimal flat materials, rectangular mesh screens can be selected.

(2) Diamond anti-clogging screen: For high stone grading requirements and a higher proportion of sheet-like materials, it is advisable to prioritize diamond anti-clogging screens, such as those used in stone screening for highway asphalt pavements.

(3) Wavy anti-blocking sieve mesh: For intermediate sieve classification, such as an additional sieve between coarse and fine sieves, we recommend using the wavy anti-blocking sieve mesh. Its advantages include higher sieve efficiency and better handling of dusty materials like tailings.
