Excellent wear resistance and long service life; its wear resistance is 3 to 5 times that of steel sieve plates and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plates.
2. Low maintenance workload, polyurethane screen is not easily damaged, with a long service life, thus significantly reducing maintenance volume and production downtime losses.
3. Overall costs are low, despite the initial investment for polyurethane sieve meshes (same specification/surface area) being approximately twice that of stainless steel sieve plates. However, due to the polyurethane sieve meshes' lifespan being 3 to 5 times longer than stainless steel sieve plates, and with fewer maintenance and replacement needs, the total cost is not high and is economically justified.
4. Excellent moisture resistance, capable of operation under water-based conditions. In mediums like water and oil, the coefficient of friction between polyurethane and the material is reduced, facilitating easier screening and enhancing separation efficiency. Additionally, it prevents the adhesion of moist particles, and with the decreased coefficient of friction, wear is minimized, leading to extended service life.
5. Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, odorless, and tasteless.
6. Due to the rational design of the sieve holes and the manufacturing process of the sieve plate, particles within the limited size will not block the sieve holes.
7. Excellent vibration absorption, strong noise reduction capability, helps decrease noise, and prevents the material on the sieve from breaking easily during vibration.
8. Due to the characteristics of polyurethane's secondary vibration, polyurethane screens have an automatic cleaning function, thus ensuring high screening efficiency.
9. Energy-saving and reduced consumption; polyurethane has a lower density, which is much lighter than the same-sized steel sieve, thereby reducing the sieve machine's load, conserving electricity, and extending the sieve machine's lifespan.
