How to Perform Daily Maintenance on a High-Pressure Water Jetting Machine?

Daily maintenance and inspection of the water jet sandblasting machine are crucial, with approximately 6 steps involved:
The water jet sandblasting machine's filter inside the water tank needs cleaning.
Check the oil gauge on the pump.
Check for air and bubbles in the pipeline between the water spray sandblasting machine's water tank and pump. If there are air and bubbles, tighten the plastic pipe clamp.
4. Inspect the connections of the high-pressure pipes for any damage.
5. Inspect for any damage to high-pressure pipes.
6. Check for any damage to the power cord.
Caution: When performing the aforementioned tasks, be sure to disconnect the power cord from the water jetting abrasive machine. Regular lubrication and maintenance are required for the water jetting abrasive machine to extend its service life. The crankshaft housing lubricant needs to be replaced every 100 hours.

Then, replace the lubricating oil every 500 hours. The steps for changing the oil are: turn off the main unit, then open the crankshaft housing to drain the waste oil and inject new oil. When adding new oil, pour it directly into the red dot above the oil tank.
