Static electricity is easily generated during the operation of server rooms. Anti-static flooring is conductive, allowing static to pass through the conductive adhesive and copper foil at the bottom of the floor, which then enters a buried conductor and is grounded. This prevents the accumulation of static electricity on the floor surface and effectively prevents the adhesion of charged dust in the air. Currently, flooring is mainly categorized by its base material. These include Full Steel Anti-static Flooring, Gypsum Anti-static Flooring, Plywood Core Anti-static Flooring, and Aluminum Alloy Anti-static Flooring. Below is a detailed introduction:

Wood Core Antistatic Floor

The flooring is made of high-quality, dense, flame-retardant particleboard as the base material, with surfaces that can be coated with highly wear-resistant, antistatic HPL, conductive PVC, rubber, or vitrified tile. The bottom layer is sealed with high-quality galvanized steel plate (or aluminum foil), and the edges are sealed with conductive rubber strips. The edges of the flooring are smoothed and sealed with synthetic strips to prevent mechanical damage and moisture deformation. The flooring is lightweight, flexible, comfortable underfoot with low noise, features high precision in dimensions, is interchangeable, has strong load-bearing and shock resistance, even and fine installation joints, and is highly decorative.

2. Aluminum Alloy Anti-Static Flooring

The floor is made from aluminum alloy ingots, formed through high-pressure casting. It features a high-load-bearing structural design and is coated with static dissipative film or other surface coverings. The floor is lightweight, high-density, with excellent load-bearing capacity, waterproof, fireproof, static-proof, corrosion-resistant, magnet-proof, non-polluting, and radiation-free. The floor maintains stable performance without degradation, is recyclable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for use in high-demand areas such as electronic workshops and assembly workshops.

3. Full Steel Anti-Static Flooring

The flooring is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which are stretched and spot-welded into shape. The surface is treated with phosphating and then electrostatically sprayed. The interior is filled with standard pure cement, and the top surface is covered with a high-wear, fire-resistant, and antistatic plastic layer (HPL), PVC, or ceramic. The flooring is further categorized into standard edged full steel antistatic flooring, edgeless full steel antistatic flooring, and the new type of folded edge full steel antistatic flooring. Calcium Sulfate Antistatic Flooring

The flooring utilizes a light-colored, high-fiber calcium sulfate base material, with mineral fibers and conductive particles included within the core, and a calcium sulfate content of over 85%. The flooring is made by a single pulse pressing process using non-toxic, unbleached plant fibers as reinforcement. Both sides and the edges are molded with galvanized steel sheets. There are also options with both sides lined with galvanized steel and the edges sealed with PVC. The full-encapsulation structure offers excellent sealing, high flexural strength, non-deformation, high dimensional accuracy, good flatness, high bearing capacity of the galvanized steel sheets on both sides, strong impact resistance, green and environmentally friendly, non-polluting, waterproof, fire-resistant, anti-corrosive, anti-static, and noise-insulating properties.
