Anqiu Daheng Machinery Co., Ltd. Achieves Major Breakthrough in Core Key Technology, Completely Solving the "Stranglehold" Problem of Domestic Composite Material Winding Equipment

The Anqiu Dahuang Machinery Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Harbin Institute of Technology, has successfully delivered the national key project - a multi-axis联动 composite material CNC winding equipment - to the client. This marks the complete resolution of the long-standing "choke point" issue of relying on foreign composite material winding equipment, and represents a significant breakthrough for Anqiu Dahuang Machinery in achieving full autonomy over core and key technologies.

This delivery to our customers includes a key equipment for national projects, an intelligent high-tech product that integrates new manufacturing technologies, materials, and automatic control techniques. It is capable of producing various shapes such as cylindrical, spherical, and conical for non-metallic glass fiber and carbon fiber composite materials.

The Anqiu Dahuang Machinery Wrapping and Shaping General Designer boasts high automation, precision, and reliability, breaking through numerous technical bottlenecks domestically, addressing the "choke point" issues in domestic technology, and filling a domestic gap.

Fiber winding technology is currently applied to many special components and key fields. However, due to constraints from foreign core key technologies, the development of high-end winding equipment technology and equipment in China has been relatively slow. In response, Daheng Machinery, in collaboration with Harbin Institute of Technology, established the "Composite Materials Winding Equipment Innovation Engineering Center" in 2020, a specialized domestic research center for composite materials equipment, and is fully committed to technological research and development. To date, the center has completed several high-precision, ultra-heavy CNC winding equipment models, achieving significant breakthroughs in key core technologies and ensuring self-sufficiency and control, meeting the needs of modern scientific and technological construction.
