Rotary Feeder

The rotary feeder, as the core equipment of the powder conveying system, consists of a valve body, precise rotor, sealed end cover, and a reduction transmission unit. Its working principle is driven by an electric motor to rotate a blade or impeller-type rotor uniformly, utilizing the high-precision gap of 0.1-0.5mm between the rotor and valve body to form a sealed chamber, achieving continuous transfer of materials from the upper storage bin. The body is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, one-piece molding, supporting flange, threaded, and other installation methods. It can be compatible with both vacuum dust collection systems and positive pressure conveying pipelines. With its compact structural design and flexible adaptability, it has become a key hub for smooth transfer of powder materials in industries such as chemicals and building materials, ensuring leak-free and jam-free material conveying.
