Concrete Reinforcement Cutting Wall MachineMachine Installation
First install the track, then place the machine on the track. To achieve horizontal cutting of walls, the correct installation of the track is: the motor should face upwards and the saw blade downwards. During cutting, the rotation direction of the saw blade should be as opposite to the motor's running direction as possible. This not only reduces the cutting time but also improves the cutting efficiency.
1. First, drill a hole with a hammer drill at a position approximately 165mm from the self-cutting edge, with a diameter of 16.3-16.5mm and a depth of 55mm for the expansion bolt. This hole is designed to fit only one M12 expansion bolt included with the machine. The rail can be installed and used in any direction around the hole.
2. Clean out the small debris from the holes with a blow gun.
3. Insert the M12 expansion screw provided with the machine, then tap the end of the screw into the expansion screw hole with a mallet, and hammer it to secure the expansion screw. Ensure that the expansion bolts are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may move or fall off during operation. Use the expansion bolts and screws provided with this machine, along with the fixed guide rails, to determine the number of expansion bolts based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Secure tightly.
4. When installing the main unit, align it with the forward indicator on the main unit. Connect the speed controller and the plug in sequence, then turn the handwheel counterclockwise. The main unit will move along the track.
5. Insert the saw blade; the inner diameter of the main body is 35mm. Hexagon screws for securing the saw blade Open-end wrench Secure.
6. Align the saw blade with the cutting line and guide the track Securely tighten, then use a hex wrench to horizontally adjust the six hex head leveling screws along the track, moving them up and down to level the track. This prevents the running track from derailing at the joint.
7. Align the cable line plug with the connection.
8. Insert the water pipe into the inlet valve and start the water supply. Adjust the water flow to ensure it is fully distributed on the cutting surface.
9. Turn on the power switch on the control box. Open the main unit switch.
10. Rotate the rotating knife handwheel and slowly begin cutting. 1. Lower the blade to make contact with the cutting object, and start with a slow initial cut. Once the desired depth is reached, rotate the advancing handwheel to continue cutting. (For motorized models, turn on the up/down or forward direction switch, adjust the electric speed, and perform electric cutting.) After cutting into the wall, adjust the cutting speed as appropriate based on the wall condition. When encountering rebar, Proceed slowly and evenly. If you cut too deep from the startOveruse can be detrimental to the machine and also reduce cutting speed.
