Hubei Reinforced Concrete Wall Cutting Machine / Wall Saws / High-Power Water and Electricity Grooving Machine

Wall cutting machines are primarily used for building renovations, reinforcement, and design alterations, capable of cutting large areas of walls for door openings, windows, elevator shafts, etc. They feature manual feeding and cutting. The structure remains damage-free and forms in one go, not only avoiding the damage to the building's structure caused by traditional hammering construction methods but also saving time and resources on drilling circular排孔 holes, as well as substantial time and cost for adjustments.

Wall saw operation instructions:

Secure the track with expansion bolts, place the machine on the track (the track has teeth, the machine has gears that won't slip, and it can only be moved manually), install the blade and the protective cover. Once water and electricity are connected, operate the machine using both handwheels: the middle handwheel controls the up and down movement of the blade, and the right-hand handwheel controls the machine's movement along the track.

Our wall cutting machines feature heavy-duty double insulated high-power motors and reducers, offering low failure rates, long service life, and cost savings on maintenance.      Mechanical clutch protector, effectively preventing damage to the machine and personnel due to misoperation. Equipped with manual or automatic cutting control devices, it not only improves construction quality but also accelerates work speed, while significantly reducing the labor intensity for the operator.

Machine Installation

First, install the moving track, then place the machine on the track. To enable horizontal wall cutting, the correct installation of the sliding track is: the motor should face up and the blade should face down. During cutting, the rotation direction of the blade should be as opposite to the motor's running direction as possible, which not only reduces the cutting time but also improves the cutting efficiency.

1. First, drill a hole for a 16.3-16.5mm diameter expansion bolt, 55mm deep, starting from about 165mm from the cutting point of the hammer drill. This hole is designed to fit only one M12 expansion bolt included with the machine. The rail can be installed and used in any direction around the hole.

2. Clean out the small debris from the holes using an air gun.

3. Insert the M12 expansion screw provided with the machine, then tap the screw into the expansion screw hole with a mallet, and hammer it to secure the expansion screw.  Ensure the expansion bolts are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may shift or fall during operation. Use the expansion bolts and screws, as well as the fixed guides provided with this machine, to determine the number of expansion bolts based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Secure firmly.
