Wall Saw (Construction Site) - Masonry Wall Cutting Machine for Reinforced Concrete

Wall cutting machines are primarily used for building renovations, reinforcement, and design changes, capable of cutting through large areas of walls, such as door and window openings, or elevator shafts. They feature manual feed and cutting. The structure is damage-free and forms in one go, not only avoiding the damage to building structures caused by traditional hammering work, but also saving time and resources spent on drilling circular排孔 holes, as well as substantial time and costs for adjustments.

Wall Cutting Machine Operation Instructions:

Secure the track with expansion bolts, place the machine on the track (the track has teeth, and the machine has a gear that prevents sliding, movement can only be operated manually with a handwheel), install the blade, protective cover, then operate with both handwheels after water and electricity are connected. The middle handwheel controls the up and down movement of the blade, while the right-hand handwheel controls the machine's movement along the track.

Our wall cutting machines feature heavy-duty double insulated high-power motors and reducers, offering low failure rates, long service life, and cost savings on maintenance.      Mechanical clutch protector, effectively preventing damage to the machine and personnel due to misoperation. Equipped with manual or automatic cutting control devices, it not only improves construction quality but also accelerates work speed, significantly reducing the labor intensity for operators.

Machine Installation

First install the track, then place the machine on the track. To ensure horizontal wall cutting, the correct installation of the track is: the motor should face upwards and the blade downwards. During cutting, the rotation direction of the blade should be as opposite to the motor's running direction as possible. This not only reduces cutting time but also improves cutting efficiency.

1. First, drill a hole with a hammer drill at approximately 165mm from the self-separation cut, creating a fixed expansion screw hole with a diameter of 16.3-16.5mm and a depth of 55mm. This hole can only accommodate one M12 expansion screw included with the machine. The track can be installed and used in any direction around the hole.

2. Clean out the small debris inside the holes with an air gun.

3. Insert an M12 expansion screw provided with the machine, then use a mallet to tap it into the expansion screw hole and hammer it to secure the screw.  Ensure that the expansion bolts are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may move or fall off during operation. Use the expansion bolts and screws, as well as the fixed guide rails provided with this machine, and determine the number of expansion bolts based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Secure tightly.

4. When installing the main unit, align it with the forward indicator on the unit, connect the speed controller in sequence, and then the plug. Turn the handwheel counterclockwise to move the main unit along the track.

5. Insert the saw blade; the main body has a 35mm inner hole. Fix the saw blade with a hexagon screw.  Open-end wrench  Tighten.

6. Align the blade with the cutting line and guide the track forward  Ensure that the track is level, then use a hex wrench to move the six hex head leveling screws up and down on the track, to adjust the horizontal alignment, preventing the track from derailing at the connection point.
