800 Type Wall Cutting Machine, Mini Electric Cutter, Reinforced Concrete Wall Cutting Machine

The wall cutting machine is primarily used for building or old building renovations, reinforcement, and design changes. It can cut through large areas of walls, such as door openings, windows, or elevator shafts. Manual feeding and cutting. The structure remains intact, forming in one go. This not only avoids the damage to the building structure caused by traditional hammering work but also saves time and resources spent on drilling circular exhaust holes, as well as reduces the time and costs for adjustments.

Wall cutter operation instructions:

Secure the track with expansion bolts, place the machine on the track (the track has teeth, and the machine has gears to prevent slipping; movement is only by handwheels), install the blade and protective cover. After water and electricity are connected, operate the machine using both handwheels; the middle handwheel controls the up and down movement of the blade, and the right handwheel controls the machine's movement along the track.

Our wall cutting machines feature heavy-duty dual-insulated high-power motors and reducers, offering low failure rates, long service life, and cost savings on maintenance.      Mechanical clutch protector, effectively preventing damage to the machine and personnel due to misoperation. Equipped with manual or automatic cutting control devices, it not only enhances construction quality but also accelerates work speed, while significantly reducing the operator's workload.

Machine Installation

First install the track, then place the machine on the track. To facilitate horizontal cutting of walls, the correct installation of the sliding track is: the motor should face up and the blade should face down. During cutting, the rotation of the blade should be as much in the opposite direction as possible to the motor's operation. This not only reduces the cutting time but also improves the cutting efficiency.

1. First, drill a hole with a hammer drill at approximately 165mm from the cutting point, creating a fixed hole for a 16.3-16.5mm diameter, 55mm deep expansion screw. This hole can only accommodate one M12 expansion screw included with the machine. The track can be installed and used in any direction around the hole.

2. Clean out the small debris inside the holes with a pneumatic gun.

3. Insert an M12 expansion screw into the machine, then use a mallet to tap it into the expansion screw hole, and hammer it to secure the expansion screw.  Ensure that the expansion bolts are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may move or fall off during operation. Use the expansion bolts and screws, as well as the fixed guide rails provided with this machine, and determine the number of expansion bolts based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Securely fasten.
