Wall Cutting Machine, Masonry Saw for Door and Window Opening, Reinforced Concrete Cutting Machine
Wall cutting machines are primarily used for building renovations, strengthening, and design alterations, capable of cutting through large areas of walls such as doorways, windows, and elevator shafts. Manual feed and cutting. The structure remains damage-free and forms in one go, not only avoiding potential damage to the building structure from traditional hammering work but also saving considerable time and resources spent on drilling round holes, as well as reducing time and costs for finishing touches.

Wall Cutting Machine Operation Instructions:
Secure the track with expansion bolts, place the machine on the track (the track has teeth, the machine has gears that won't slip, and can only be moved by handwheels), install the blade and guard, then operate with both handwheels after water and electricity are connected. The middle handwheel controls the up and down movement of the blade, and the right-hand handwheel controls the machine's movement along the track.
Our wall cutting machine is equipped with heavy-duty double-insulated high-power motor and reducer, featuring low failure rate, long service life, and cost-saving maintenance. Mechanical clutch protector, effectively preventing damage to the machine and personnel due to incorrect operation. Equipped with manual or automatic cutting control, it not only enhances construction quality but also accelerates work speed, while significantly reducing the labor intensity for the operator.
Machine Installation
First, install the traveling track, then place the machine on the track. To ensure horizontal cutting of walls, the correct installation of the track is: the motor should face up and the blade should face down. During cutting, the rotation of the blade should be as opposite to the motor's running direction as possible, which not only reduces the cutting time but also improves the cutting efficiency.
First, drill a hole for the expansion screw at a position about 165mm from the self-separation cutting with a soil drill, with a diameter of 16.3-16.5mm and a depth of 55mm. This hole can only accommodate one M12 expansion screw included with the machine. The track can be installed and used in any direction around the hole.
2. Clean out the small debris inside the holes with a blow gun.
3. Insert the M12 expansion screw provided with the machine, then tap the screw into the expansion screw hole using a mallet, and hammer it to secure the expansion screw. Ensure that the expansion screws are securely fastened in the holes; otherwise, the machine may shift or fall during operation. Use the expansion screws and bolts provided with this machine along with the fixed guide rail, and determine the number of expansion screws based on the softness of the cutting surface. Track Secure firmly.
4. When installing the main unit, align it with the forward arrow on the unit. Connect the speed controller and the power outlet in sequence, then turn the handwheel counterclockwise to move the main unit along the track.
5. Insert the saw blade; the inner hole of the main unit is 35mm. The hexagon screws for securing the saw blade Open-end wrench Tighten.
6. Align the saw blade with the cutting line and guide the track. Ensure alignment, then use a hex wrench to adjust the six hex head leveling screws on the track, moving them up and down to level it out. This prevents the track from derailing at the joint.
