   The XLP-200 electric peeling machine boasts the advantage of using a 220V voltage, which significantly reduces the electrical preparation requirements at the joint site. Additionally, this machine only35Weighing kilograms, equipped with a carry handle for easy portability.

Two  Composition 

       XLP-200Type Electric Peel Layer Machine with handheld controller (1) Motor (2), reducer (3), rope drum (4), rear fixing sleeve (5), manipulator (6), handle (7) constitute. The motor's output power is reduced through a meticulously designed reducer, driving the rope drum to move the manipulator at one end in and out, completing the peeling operation.

The total length of the wire rope is 6 meters. When preparing for the stripping operation, pay attention to the distance between the stripping position and the fixed position of the stripping machine, which should not exceed 5.5 meters.

      Before peeling with the stripping machine, it can be secured in place using a fixed sleeve on a sturdy structure. The stripping machine's pulling force can reach300Pounds, so it needs to be sufficiently sturdy. If it's not achievable on-site, reduce the width of each layer peeled to decrease the tension. 

The剥layer machine can peel off one layer of nylon tape at a time.180mm(With the two sides of the stripping line already fractured). The width of the robotic arm is160mm。 

FourImportant Notes and Troubleshooting

This剥层machine operates on an intermittent basis and is not designed for continuous, long-term operation.

In the event of wire rope loosening, the wire rope should be re-tied and secured. If there is significant wear, the wire rope should be replaced.
