XPL-100 Conveyor Belt Peeling Machine, Long-term Supply of Wire Rope Vulcanizing Head Machine

   The XLP-200 electric stripping machine's advantage is its use of 220V voltage, which significantly reduces the electrical preparation required at the joint site. Additionally, the machine only35Weighing kilos, equipped with a carry handle for easy portability.

Two  Composition 

       XLP-200Type Electric Peeling Machine with handheld controller1) Motor, 2) Gearbox, 3) Wire Rope Drum, 4) Rear Retainer, 5) Robot Arm, 6) Handle, 7) make up the assembly. The motor's output power is reduced through a meticulously designed gearbox, driving the wire rope drum. This in turn powers the robot arm at one end of the rope to move in and out, completing the peeling operation.

The total length of the wire rope is 6 meters. During preparation for the stripping operation, attention must be paid to the distance between the stripping position and the fixed position of the stripping machine, which should not exceed 5.5 meters.

      Before peeling with the peeler, use a fixing sleeve to secure the peeler to a sturdy location. The peeler's pulling force can reach300Pounds, so it needs to be sufficiently sturdy. If this isn't achievable on-site, reduce the width of each layer peeled to decrease the tension. 

This stripping machine can strip off the layer from the nylon belt in one go.180mm(With fractures on both sides of the stripping line.) The width of the robotic arm is160mm。 

FourImportant Notes and Troubleshooting

This剥层machine operates on an intermittent basis and is not suitable for continuous, long-term operation.

If the wire rope becomes loose, it should be reorganized and properly coiled. Replace the rope if there is excessive wear.
