Electro-hydraulic Three-way Diverting Valve Brief Introduction

1. The three-way分流阀 is suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products with a bulk density of ≤2.5t/m3. When used in corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, the XDGB type electro-hydraulic push rod or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary drive can be used.

2. The A and B type three-way distributors can directly connect the upper flange to the bottom of the hopper on the conveyor head or to the discharge interface of other equipment. The C, D, and E type three-way distributors have the same connection method, but they are generally used under conditions of a bulk density ≤ 2.8t/m3, with high abrasiveness and harsh working environments. Their structure and dimensions are larger (the liners are also thicker), making them heavier. Additional support is required when in use. The A, B, C, D, and E type distributors can all achieve bidirectional switching and分流 of materials.
