It is an ideal equipment for achieving rapid material direction changes in material conveying systems and is widely used in the transportation of solid particles and powdered materials in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, power, and grain.

Features

   This product features a carbon steel plate welded structure with characteristics such as compact size, light weight, and low resistance. It is driven by an electro-hydraulic push rod, ensuring smooth operation, low failure rate, and quick material flow switching.

 It can also accept signal adjustments or transmitters for automatic control.

Working Principle

    This product is mainly composed of a valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, and electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the linear reciprocating motion of the electro-hydraulic push rod is transmitted through the crank mechanism to cause the valve shaft and valve plate to swing at a certain angle.

 Actuating the system to transport materials, control the direction and flow rate of materials.
