They come in electric-hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and manual options. Product Description:The DSF-A (B, C, D, E) type electro-hydraulic three-way分流器 utilizes an electro-hydraulic actuator as its power source. It features automatic overload protection; if the operation is obstructed, the oil circuit pressure increases to the set limit, and the overflow valve quickly and accurately discharges, implementing overload protection. The motor operates within its rated values without burning out. When the actuator reaches the set travel limit, an automatic locking mechanism is designed in the oil circuit module of the electro-hydraulic actuator, stopping the motor and locking the piston rod in place, maintaining pressure.

The DSF-A (B) type electro-hydraulic three-way分流器 is suitable for material reversing/diverting processes. It also allows for reversing while material flow is present. The DSF-C (D, E) type electro-hydraulic three-way分流器 is used for material reversing/diverting processes as well, featuring gate kinetic energy. It also serves the function of simultaneously cutting off or allowing the flow of materials.

The working principle is to control the flip valve's flipping through the rotation mechanism of the three-way manifold, powered by an electro-hydraulic actuator, achieving the purpose of material directional change.

This product can directly connect the top flange under the hopper of the tape machine head or at the discharge interface of other equipment. It is generally used for applications where the bulk density is less than or equal to2.8t/m, with high abrasiveness and harsh working conditions.
