Application Range

1. All gates are suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, chemicals, etc., with a specific gravity of ≤ 2.5t/m3. When used under corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, XDGB type electro-hydraulic push rods or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary drives can be used.
2. T-shaped distributors (Type A, B) can directly connect the top flange to the lower part of the conveyor belt machine's funnel or other equipment discharge ports. Type C, D, and E distributors have the same connection method, but they are generally used under conditions of a heap density ≤ 2.8t/m3, high abrasiveness, and harsh working environments. Their structure and dimensions are larger (the liners are also thicker), making them heavier, and additional support is required according to actual conditions. Both Type A, B, C, D, and E distributors can achieve bidirectional switching and分流 of materials.

The DBSF type electro-hydraulic swing three-way diverter uses an internal sleeve reversing structure, separating the material from the three-way housing. This prevents material from accumulating on the shell walls and forming stubborn lumps, eliminating the issue of the sleeve getting stuck and not turning smoothly.
