Electro-hydraulic three-way分流阀简介
1. The three-way diverter is suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products with a bulk density of ≤2.5t/m³. When used under corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, the XDGB type electro-hydraulic push rod or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary actuator can be used.
2. The A & B type tee distributors can directly connect the upper flange to the bottom of the hopper at the head of the belt conveyor or at the feeding interface of other equipment. The C, D, and E type tee distributors have the same connection method, but they are generally used under conditions of a heap density ≤ 2.8 t/m3, with high abrasiveness and harsh working environments. Their structure and dimensions are larger (liner plates are also thicker), making them heavier, and additional support is required based on actual usage. The A, B, C, D, and E type distributors can all achieve bidirectional switching and分流 of materials.

Each gate unit can be equipped with one or several electro-hydraulic rotary drives or electro-hydraulic push rods, enabling full hydraulic transmission. No separate hydraulic station is required, and there are no auxiliary equipment.
