The electro-hydraulic three-way分流阀 is a new series of products developed by our factory to meet market demand, after multiple improvements. It utilizes electro-hydraulic push rods (hydraulic push rods), an electro-hydraulic rotary actuator, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders as actuators. It is an ideal equipment for rapid material direction change in material conveying systems and is widely used in the transportation of solid particles and powdered materials in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, electricity, and grain.

Features

   This product features a carbon steel plate welded structure, offering compact size, light weight, and low resistance. It is driven by an electro-hydraulic actuator, ensuring smooth operation, low failure rate, and quick material flow switching.

 Accepts signals from regulating or transmitters for automatic control as well.

Operating Principle

    The product is mainly composed of a valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, and electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the linear reciprocating motion of the electro-hydraulic push rod drives the valve shaft and valve plate to pivot at a certain angle.

 Acting to convey materials, control the flow and flow rate of materials.
