 Features of Rod Valve

This method features a simple structure, ease of operation, and resistance to wear, overcoming the issues of large opening and closing forces, and even difficulty in closing, commonly associated with flat gate valves due to large particle sizes of the material. As it operates with a single strip, it offers convenient and flexible operation. The overall structure is焊接型钢，with good rigidity, no deformation, and a long service life, requiring no maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for controlling small to medium-sized crystalline and blocky materials.
Rod valve working principle
 This method primarily consists of frames and bars. When the bars are inserted into the frames, they form a set of parallel slats that block bulk materials on one side of the gate. If one slat is removed, a larger gap appears, allowing materials to pass through to the other side of the gate. The number of bars removed should be determined by the process requirements.
