Rope End Peeler Operation Instructions:

1. Align the conveyor belt centerline according to standard methods; the corresponding joints should be scored and separated by one layer.

2. Place the conveyor belt uncoiler in the proper position and secure it with a wire rope.

3. Power on.

4. Clamp the separated layer with a fixture, start the motor, and use a blade to score the剥离part at the appropriate location.

5. After peeling off one layer, repeat the above steps to peel off the second, third, and so on.
