2. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic flat gate is mainly composed of a frame, screw nut, handwheel, and gate plate. As the handwheel (chain wheel) rotates, the screw rod moves the screw nut and gate plate horizontally back and forth, achieving the opening and closing function of the valve.

Electro-hydraulic flat gate features a simple structure, flexible operation, light weight, no jamming, and quick cutting. It is particularly suitable for various solids, powders, and granular materials with a particle size less than Φ10mm, for conveying and flow adjustment of grain materials. Installation is not angle-limited, operation is convenient, and the opening can be adjusted at any time. The valve offers two types of operation: handwheel for Type I and chainwheel for Type II. It comes in two structural forms: LZD for one-way and LZS for two-way.
