The gate is composed of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is made by welding carbon steel, featuring a unique structure, flexible operation, and reliable performance without jamming. Different transmission devices can meet various operational requirements. The electric gate utilizes an electric actuator with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control with adjustable reciprocating stroke for position locking. The electro-hydraulic gate employs electro-hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic transmission, enabling stepless adjustment of thrust and pull force. The pneumatic gate uses pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely or locally controlled through accessory combinations.

Working Principle

 The palate gate is equipped with an electro-hydraulic push rod, featuring full hydraulic transmission with variable speed control for both pushing and pulling forces. The gate is operated manually or by an actuating mechanism, which moves the lever. This causes the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. After the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism drives the lever again to reset the sector gates, closing the material cutoff.

Instructions for Use

Pay attention to the marked medium flow direction on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then tighten the bolts evenly. Secondly, during operation, identify the opening and closing direction of the wing gate and properly wire the actuator. It is essential to regularly lubricate all transmission parts during operation to extend the service life of the gate valve. Improper operation will increase the wear of the gate valve.

Application

 Lip gate valves are suitable for compacted bulk density≤2.5t/m³ various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, and other loose materials, widely used for bottom unloading in storage for construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, glass, and other industries.
