Structural Features:
  The palate gate is made of carbon steel welded into a unique structure, offering flexible and reliable operation without jamming. It can be equipped with different transmission devices to meet various working conditions. The electric jaw gate features an electric push rod with overload protection, preventing motor burnout and allowing for remote operation or programmable control; the reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. The electro-hydraulic jaw gate uses an electro-hydraulic push rod, with full hydraulic transmission enabling stepless speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. Operating Principle:
      The gate valve consists of components such as the main body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. A handwheel or actuator moves the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the gates to the sides, allowing material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Instructions for Use:
l        Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, it is essential to add a sealing gasket, then tighten the bolts evenly.
l        Please identify the directional switch of the butterfly gate during operation and correctly wire the actuator.
l        Please regularly apply lubricating oil to all transmission parts during operation.
