The electric jaw gate features an electric push rod with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with reciprocating travel that can be adjusted for position locking. The electro-hydraulic jaw gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic push rod with full hydraulic drive, enabling both push and pull forces to be infinitely variable. Operating Principle:
The gate valve consists of components such as the main body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. Manually or through the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Instructions for Use:
l Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, it is essential to add a sealing gasket, then tighten the bolts evenly.
l Ensure you identify the switch direction of the radial gate valve during operation, and connect the actuator properly.
l Please regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
