Grinding Wheel Sharpener, Burr Removal Dust-Free Grinding Wheel, M3325 Dust Extraction Grinding Wheel

The M33 series dust-extraction grinding wheel machine is an improved model of the original departmental excellence product, the MC30 series dust-extraction grinding wheel machine.

The dust-removing grinding wheel machine is mainly used by general industrial and mining enterprises for sharpening cutting tools, and can also be used for grinding, deburring, and cleaning of small parts.

2. Dust-extraction type grinding wheels can be used in humid tropical regions with an altitude not exceeding 1,000 meters, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, and surrounding environmental temperature not exceeding +40℃.

3. This machine employs bag dust removal, achieving an efficiency of over 98%, with dust concentration below 10 mg/m³. It complies with the safety regulations of the National Ministry of Labor and Human Resources and the Ministry of Environmental Health, providing excellent dust collection, improving the working environment, and protecting operators from dust exposure.

4. Dust-extraction type grinding wheels are not resistant to chemical corrosion and should not be used outdoors.

Instructions for Use:

The grinding wheel machine must be measured with a megohmmeter of over 500 volts before use, and its insulation resistance must be no less than 0.5 megohms.

2. Before use, thoroughly inspect the parts of the grinding wheel machine for any damage or cracks due to transportation, and check for loose fasteners. If any are found, repair and tighten them. Pay special attention to the grinding wheel for cracks; gently tap it with a wooden mallet, and it should emit a clear, resonant sound before use.

3. Prior to use, the grinding wheel machine should be manually rotated to check for smooth and quick movement, and to listen for any rubbing or scraping sounds.

4. The direction of rotation for grinding wheels and fans should match the direction indicator.

5. During operation, do not allow the workpiece to collide with the grinding wheel. Apply pressure gradually to avoid imparting shock to the grinding wheel, preventing explosion and accidental incidents.

6. The abrasive wheel guard is strictly prohibited from being removed except for the replacement of the abrasive wheel and for maintenance and disassembly.

7. Two grinding wheels on medium grit machine have a difference in their wear diameter not exceeding 20%.
