Section 3: Instructions for the Use of the Grinding Wheel Machine
1. The grinding wheel machine should be measured with a megohmmeter of 500V or higher to check its insulation resistance, which should not be less than 0.5 megohms.
2. The grinding wheel machine should be thoroughly inspected before use to check for any damage or cracks due to transportation. Pay special attention to any cracks in the grinding wheel. Gently tap it with a wooden mallet; a clear, crisp sound indicates the item is in good condition.
