The DYT series hydraulic push rods are suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) motion within a certain angle. Part 1:1Structure:
    The electric actuator is composed of components such as an electric motor, reduction gears, screw thread, copper nut, guide sleeve, piston rod, bearing housing, bearing housing, spring, cylinder seat, connecting fork, and photoelectric proximity switch unit (optional for customer selection).
2Operating Principle:
 The motor drives the lead screw nut after being reduced by a first or second-stage gear, converting the motor's rotational Dynamic conversion to linear motion, advantageous The push rod performs reciprocating motion through forward and reverse motor operation. One,Principles and Functions

1、Operating Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which, through its forward (or reverse) rotation, forces hydraulic oil through a bidirectional gear pump to produce pressure oil. The oil is then routed through an integrated manifold to the working cylinder, achieving reciprocating movement of the piston rod.

2、Overload Auto-Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, the motor continues to rotate. At this point, the oil pressure in the oil circuit increases to the set pressure, and the overflow valve rapidly and accurately overflows, achieving overload auto-protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will never be damaged.

3、Self-locking Function: A hydraulic self-locking mechanism is integrated into the oil circuit module of the electro-hydraulic push rod, allowing the piston rod to stop immediately upon motor shutdown.  At the location, the pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state.
