Comprised mainly of the drive mechanism, sanding belt tensioning mechanism, contact wheels (grinding wheels), brackets, feet, casters, sanding belts, hand push rods, etc. The motor directly transmits power to the drive wheel, which drives the sanding belt to rotate at high speed. The tensioning mechanism tightens the sanding belt, and the contact wheels perform the grinding process. Depth adjustment devices are set on both sides of the contact wheels to control the grinding depth, ensuring that the weld seams are flattened without damaging the base material.

 This machine is primarily used for grinding flat weld joints and can also be used for polishing flat surfaces.
