Electromagnetic Actuator Plug Valve  Electro-hydraulic full-sealed flat gate

 The gate movement has been changed to a gear and rack mechanism. The setup of the coal hopper gate is primarily for boiler maintenance purposes or to control the flow of coal, and it is not frequently opened or closed. The original gate plate movement, driven by a screw and nut, would often rust, leading to inefficient opening and closing and rendering it ineffective. By replacing the gate plate movement of the enclosed coal hopper gate with a gear and rack mechanism, the contact area between the gear and rack is minimal. Over time, they may rust together, reducing the resistance during opening and closing.   

The gate track is set on eighteen support roller sets. The original gate's track was made of two angle irons, and after coal fell from the top, there were inevitably many coal pieces and coal dust that got stuck in the track, causing the gate to malfunction. The gate track of the enclosed coal hopper gate is mounted on the inner side with round roller sets, with the gate sliding on the rollers. After coal falls from the top, there's no track for coal pieces and dust to get stuck, and the gate moves on the rollers, making the opening and closing force much smaller and more agile.
