 The machine is primarily composed of the drive mechanism, sand belt tensioning mechanism, contact wheel (grinding wheel) system, bracket, stand, caster wheels, sand belt, hand push rod, etc. The motor transmits power directly to the drive wheel, which drives the sand belt to rotate at high speed. The sand belt is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism, and grinding is performed using the contact wheels. Depth adjustment devices for grinding are set on both sides of the contact wheels, allowing for control of the grinding depth to ensure both flat welding seams and protection of the base material.

 The machine is primarily used for grinding flat joint welds, and it can also be used for polishing flat surfaces.
